Hi there to all of you! It gives me lots of joy to share that I recently moved into my own flat. It's really nice to have my own space after spending the last two years living with housemates. While I was a bit nervous about the transition, I've quickly discovered the joys of living alone. I've been making an effort to personalise my apartment and create a comfortable, welcoming atmosphere. I'm trying to incorporate elements of my heritage into my new home, such as artwork and decorations that remind me of my roots.

#GlimpseofMyHome I've found that having my own space has allowed me to explore my interests and hobbies more deeply. I've been cooking more authentic Bengali dishes, experimenting with new recipes, and creating a cozy environment that reflects my personality. One of the things I've been drawn to is the imagery of Goddesses like Kali and Durga. I'm not particularly religious, but I believe that being Bengali is more about culture than religion. These powerful figures represent strength and resilience, and I find them inspiring. It's been over two years since I celebrated Durga Puja, and I miss it dearly. Now that I have my own place, I can cook authentic Bengali food and create the atmosphere I've always wanted. The posters of Kali and Durga on my walls serve as a constant reminder of my heritage and provide a sense of comfort and protection. This month has been full of exciting changes. I've secured a new job, which is why I decided to move. It's a challenging but rewarding role, and I'm eager to share more details about it soon.

My friend from India recently visited me, and it was wonderful to catch up. Having someone you care about come to see you in a new country is a truly gratifying experience.

As I embark on this new chapter of my life, I'm excited about what the future holds. Wish me luck!
